Internet Learning Resources

The Internet is a fantastic resource for stamp collectors. There are many instructional videos and programs found on You-Tube. If you are interested in learning about a specific stamp issue or stamp collecting topic there are many publications and articles on the internet that may help you in your research. You are able to access hundreds of stamp clubs, organizations and societies to connect with other collectors with similar interests.

Stamp Collecting Supplies

You should first seek out a local stamp dealer (support your local small business owners) for your stamp collecting supplies and materials. If a dealer is not available in your local area, you will find many advertise on the internet, eBay and Amazon. Some dealers that attend local stamp shows may carry basic stamp collecting supplies.

Stamp Collecting Societies and Publications

One of the greatest resources for a stamp collector are publications (journals, magazines, books, catalogs and pamphlets) related to the hobby. There are many organizations that publish specialized journals related to philately.
